Gillespie Import Service auto diagnostics & repair was founded by Steve Gillespie in 1999. As a teenager,  Steve enjoyed tinkering with his cars and decided to have a career in the Automotive Industry. He went to work for Airport Honda of Knoxville(8 years) as Service Parts Director and Service Director at Harpers (11 years). Where he learned how to use computer based diagnostic tools to enhance his deep knowledge of automobile engines. He learned the value of every automobile, and learned how the right care and knowledge could extend the life and performance of any car or truck. It was during this time that Steve realized the consumer was not recieving good service, so he decided to serve the public with personal service and good quality work.   Steve was determined to open a business that would truly offer value to the community. He promised himself to always provide value and outstanding service, regardless of how large his business grew.

Steve Gillespie is a certified ASE Master Technician with 27 years experience. He has won many prestigious awards including the: Honda National Service Award, Audi National Service Award, Jaguar National Service Award and The Porsche National Service Award.

   Christopher Courtney is an ASE Certified C1 Service Consultant, and is also ASE P2 certified in aftermarket parts, with 8 years of professional experience in the automotive industry. Before entering the service side of the industry he managed retail parts stores and commercial parts programs. He has been an employee of Gillespie Import Service since December of 2006.

   James Jardet is an ASE Master Certified Technician and BMW / Toyota  Factory Trained Master Technician total experience 18 years. He specializes in BMW, Lexus, and Toyota automobiles.

  Paul Scheiner is an ASE Master Certified Technician and Mercedes-Benz / Ford Factory Trained Master Technician total experience 18 years. He specializes in Mercedes-Benz and Ford automobiles and is STAR certified on Mercedes-Benz.
